About me

Having spent over a decade working in people and culture, my specialism has always been learning and development and specifically how organisations drive impactful cultural change through their people.

I have built and led internal L&D functions and operated in a consultancy capacity for various clients from a range of industries, including Facilities Management, Hospitality, Luxury Hotels and Transport.

My experience of working in multi-cultural environments, including Australia, America and China has allowed me to fully appreciate the complexity of human behaviour and why we do what we do.

I made the decision to set up as a Learning & Development Consultant in 2025 as I genuinely believe we all have the capacity for growth.

I’m here to support people and organisations to achieve their full potential, so that we can enjoy what we do and become the very best version of ourselves.

Having been on both sides of the table (client and supplier), I can safely say that there is exceptional value in partnering with external L&D specialists - we are in a unique position to carry out an objective Learning Needs Analysis - able to hear, see and recommend solutions with the benefit of a bird’s-eye view.

MY philosophy

Learning is a process not an event.

All learning solutions are designed to support effective learning transfer - this means specifically exploring how to transfer new knowledge and skills into the work environment and including relevant and practical toolkits to support the journey.

Impact is everything.

Learning should begin with the end in mind- always. What will success look and feel like afterwards? Is this about knowledge, skills or behaviours? How can we genuinely ensure there is a return on investment?
